When I press the Blackberry key on my handset 9320, it sometimes do not go to the top of the list or the bottom of the list. If it does, that text remains hidden. Is this bug been identified and is there a fix for it?

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Hi Smooth rider,
I recently lost my blackberry 9300 handset, it had blackberry protect installed, When I try to view its location or play a sound on it, it says that unable to contact the device. I added my old pin just to see if its active, and to my surprise my
BBM request was accepted.
This leads me to believe, that the person who stole my device has BBM activated and some sort of connectivity. Is there a way for me to trace where my mobile is?? Anyway to get hold of the perpetrator and get my device back ?
Thanks so much.!
