I have a new Blackberry 9320 for just about 2 or 3 months, everything worked perfectly fine - tops, but suddenly, from the past few days, the service started dropping lower and lower, i stopped receiving emails, bbms, and i cannot even open BBM Apps. (It gives me the message to please check the BIS network or service (my BIS only expires on the 25th dec 2012).
If a contact sends me a bbm I will only receive it about 20mins later.
My service provider is Vodacom and i don't know if it makes any difference, but my location is South Africa, Kwa Zulu Natal - Durban, 4091. My sister is experiencing the same problem with her 9900 bold suddenly and she also has her BB for a few months. The strange thing is my husband has the exact same smartphone and provider but he is not experiencing any of this.
I tried following the steps offered on other posts on this phone (like removing my battery, re-starting, etc) with no luck.
Please assist urgently.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
