Sorry to hear you're having an issue with Bedside mode.
Backup your device data (see KB12487 How to back up the data on a BlackBerry smartphone) then reinstall the device software (see KB11320 How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device Software for Windows or KB19915 Perform a clean reload of BlackBerry smartphone application software using BlackBerry Desktop Software on a Mac computer)
Before you restore your data, test Bedside mode to ensure the sounds are muted.
