9360 email problem REAL PROBLEM

when i go to setup for the email

 

the regular phone will have two option

 

Internet Mail Account  and Enterprise Account

 

BUT mine have no option..

 

It directly jump into a place have the title called ENTERPRISE ACTIVATION.

 

which i believe its enterprise account.

 

i try to upgrade or something about the phone.

 

but its still the same.

 

please tell me the reason.

 

and the solution..

More than likely, if you do not have the personal internet email account setup, you do not have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider.

You will need that, in order to get the RIM push email functions you are looking for, as well as additional BlackBerry data services such as the internet browser, Facebook for BlackBerry, BlackBerry Messenger, and much more.

So, call your carrier and inquire about having the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account.

LOL but i can access to fb twitter and even youtube.

But I believe you said you wanted access to the email setup and BlackBerry data.

Twitter, Facebook and youtube are not BlackBerry email and data.
