9360 media sync

Hi, I use a BlackBerry Curve 9360 and I am trying to sync my music onto my 9360 Curve by using BlackBerry Desktop Software.

 

After I connect my BlackBerry to my computer, it asks for device password and asks if I want to choose sync media on my device. After I choose all the settings required to sync media, it says I dont have a media card in my device. It said it did before but after an hour (after I plugged the device again) it said it doesn't. I checked it and I even took it out and put it back in and waited a while just in case. Now it still says "Your media could not be synchronized. Your device has insufficient storage to sync media. Consider using a media card with your device." How do I solve my problem? Any help please? I'm really confused.

Hello najabsid123 and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

 

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Media Card on your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9360 smartphone.

 

If you were to opt to use USB Drive, are you able to access your Media Card using Mass Storage mode?

 

Have you removed your device battery to reboot yet? If not, remove both the battery and media card and reinsert both.

 

After the reboot completes, retry the Media Sync.
