9630 Registration problem

Hi!  I am having trouble registering my Blackberry.  I get the email from the HRT, but when I go into Email Settings to update my email, I get the error message saying that my BB is NOT registered.  I have a phone that was initially provided by Verizon in the US.  It is unlocked and now I use it in France with Free.  It was working fine up until I updated my gmail password and now I can't get it working.  All other phone functions are working. 

 

here is the results of a diagnostic test:
