9780 Bold sent mail ussue

Hello,

I have a number of BB devices all using my external address to connect to my Exchange server. They all work fine. Recenlty I have had to upgrade to a 9780 device which connects to my Exchange account when setting up on the phone. Mail sends and receives okay.

The problem I have is that when sending frombthe device it does not pit the sent mail onto the sent items on exchange. I have tried an iPhone and an older device with the same AD account and works fine, can see the sent mail pinging the sent items folder within seconds.

I have spoken with O2 (provider) who advise all is okay there side and it is the exchange setupnthay is causing the isseis ( Server 2008, Exchange 2010) even when this works on all other devices.

Checked all settings within the mail account on device with O2 and have drawn a blank.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this working?

Thanks for any help :0)

Tom.
