Sorry to hear that you're still experiencing issues with your BlackBerry ! After connecting your device run BlackBerry Desktop Software , does it recognizes your device ? Also use a different USB port and don't use any Hub , don't use those front USB use the one that are at the back of your PC.
Or perform a Clean Uninstall of BlackBerry Desktop software and then Install it again , for help refer to this KB :
