9790 on Scarlet in Belgium

[ Edited ]

My Provider , Scarlet in Belgium just told me it was not possible to get email via my BB9790!

they blame it on the BB software, and say that I need to download a different browser software?

how to do this wha you can`t get online?

HI

Right for you to add an email account on your device you have to be provisioned for a BlackBerry Internet Service plan or BIS.

Let me know if this help.
