9790 will not sync/backup

Hi there, I am struggling to sync/backup phone. Once it gets to social feeds says the phone has been disconnected, can not update, change music or anything else. Have deleted software and reloaded to no avail. Any ideas?

Please download & install Blackberry Desktop Software to Sync/ Backup your Device. Once you install BDS then connect BB with PC using USB chord.


Blackberry desktop Software can be downloaded from www.blackberry.com under support section.
