9800torch network connection

Hello, i really need someones help. I bought a bb9800.ever since i had it,all i can do is make and receive calls and smses! Iv checked all network settings and called 082 155 for help with setting up my phone but nothing helped. PLEASE HELP!

What exactly are the problems you are experiencing? What do you want the device to do?

Hi, thnx 4 ur reply. I want 2 use facebook, blackberry msging and app world. Iv put subscription more than 3 times in this month. I'm from South Africa KZN nd the phones carrier is Rogers.

The device won't set up my (BES). Iv also tryed 2 change the software, but nothing seems 2 work. Would be highly appreciated if this problem can be solved.
