Re: 9810 system error

At what point do you get this error, what are you doing at the time?

How did you reinstall the software?

Re: 9810 system error

well did a device swap from a 9300 to 9810.

iets seem that version7.1 and 5 don't talk to each other.

if you press "alt" lglg then you go to the log and there i found the error.

i was looking why my battery is draining in 5hours time and something tell me it is a software that keep on trying something.

i use blackberry desktop to back up and reinstall my device but still give me errors and drains my battery so quick and it is a new phone i got 3 days ago

Re: 9810 system error

I don't know what that error is, or what the log is referring to in that instance.

Several things we can do for battery drain problems, some diagnosis and investigating on your part is required.

Read this for starters:  http://helpblog.blackberry.com/2012/06/battery-saving-mode/

Also, press the menu key for a few second and it will pop up a screen to let you know how many and what apps are running in the background.

In addition On your Home screen Go to Option > Device > Application Management > move your Trackpad right or left it will show the CPU Usage screen. Please check which application is using maximum resources.

And, read this:

KB14320 How to maximize battery life and free memory on the BlackBerry smartphone.
