9860 freezes repeatedly & slow

My 9860 very regularly freezes during a task and seems to take an exceptional amount of time responding.

Have you done a battery pull recently?  A battery pull will clear your phone's cache and will allow your phone to run more smoothly.

To do a proper battery pull, remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.

I think there might be some virus in your mobile.
