9900 Bold

I've got a 9900 blackberry bold two weeks ago and i updated it to the lastest software. all of a sudden my blackberry messenger stops working. everytime i click it my phone freezes and i have to reboot it by pulling out the battery.also after updating my phone my phone restarted on its own and when it turned back on all of my information was gone (contacts pictures bbm friends ect) my memory chip stoped working in the phone as well it says no memory chip inserted i took it out and put it back in and it still didnt work. i also reinstaled bbm but still no luck after all of this i just decided to wipe my phone and see if it would go back to normal..... but it didnt................... any ideas or help ??

Your memory card did you get it new, or had it been used before in a different phone?
(Just to rule it out)

it came with the phone

it was wroking fine yesterday but now it wont tun on
