[9900] Build Quality ?

Hallo together,

 

whats up with RIM ?

 

I've got today my 3'rd 9900 bold - manufactured @ MEXICO 4.

 

1'st one : Sharp Edge below the keybard / Noisy Touchpad / Display not accurate placed

2'nd one : Sharp Edge below the keybard / Noisy Touchpad

3'rd one : Sharp Edge below the keybard / The "Call"-Button is very hard to press.

 

Sorry for my bad english.

 

Now I called o2 again and asked for a 4'th exchange ... i hope this one is a good one and it will arrive tomorrow.

 

I definitly miss my old 9000.

 

Can someone from RIM give a short Statement or contact me on behalf of this ?

You're already doing the right and correct thing... they (your mobile provider and seller) are replacing the device for you.

 

If you want to speak to RIM about it, call your mobile provider tech support and ask to have the issue escalated up to RIM level tech support.

MY THIRD BOLD 9900 IS DEAD . I had to replace my first 2 phones that shut off suddenly and kept restarting over and over and never turned back on giving me an error message . all three are manufactered @ MEXICO . Please HELP
