9900 Device Hotspot Issue



I am using 9900 device. When ever i am connected (laptop or any other device) to 9900 hotspot automatically in every 5 mins it get disconnected.


I upgraded my device software also but still its same problem.


Please help to sort out this issue.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Mobile Hotspot feature.


Do you get an error message when the connection drops? If so, what is that error? 


To what software version did you upgrade? Check under Options>About.
