Hi there,

 

 

Then I think you have a faulty trackpad , and replacing the trackpad will resolve this issue . You can contact your Service provider or any mobile repair shop to get it fixed .

Thanks for that information, but that brings me to the guarantee-question.

 

is the change of an faulty trackpad an guarantee issue?

esspecialy if it does not work part-time? in most of the menues it works faultless, but when I want to scroll through a message, it does not (although the scrolling-sound is played)

Hi there,

Well .. Regarding warranty it depends how old is device , Is it still under warranty period.You have to investigate with your Service Provider if they cover trackpad under warranty , But as far as I know trackpad is not considered under warranty , you may get charged for the trackpad but service will be free .In my view .

i got that brand new one two weeks ago. if that happens on regulary basis, I know already now that I will switch back to my old mobile

If your BlackBerry is just a week old then please insist your Service provider to replace it for free , Can you try that !

So, my retailer took my mobile to check it. I get a new one as replacement next week.
