Hi there, I'm a Mobile Consultant and always meet the problem with many 9900s keep turning red light on and off but don't show "BlackBerry" logo. In this case, I will advise my supervisor to send Handsets to RIM for fixing. But it takes around a month for fixing and returning back. Is it have a better way to fix by myself instead of returning back to RIM? thanks~
