Re: 9900 bold coma

Hello gdouyon

Welcome to Support Forums

Apart from Facebook application have installed / updated any other applications ? If it is then try to delete any recent application that you downloaded / updated , which you can reinstall later on.

If your device is not booting then try to Start your device on safe mode , On safe mode Go to Options > Device > Application Management > locate and delete any application which you think might be responsible for the issue or after which your current problem started .

  • KB17877 : How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode
  • KB10040 :How to view or remove installed application on a blackberry smartphone

Try it and let us know.
