9900 email & app world problem

I am facing another problem with the 9900, when i try to set my email, the email setup gives me the following message: "The email application is temporarily unavailable. Try again later" also facing the whats app problem, it dont want to sign in to my world, as it gives me it is loading and just stop like that till i restart my BB, can any one help ? i had a 9700 before and never faced any problem, whats with the new 9900 ???

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB28038 BlackBerry App World hangs after clicking My World or BIS Email Setup will not connect after switching to a BlackBerry 7 smartphone
