I can not my Bold as a USB Mass storage from Windows7 with BB Desktop 6.0 or 7.0. The device is reported by Windows Device Manager as "the drivers for this device is missing (Code 28)". I think this is bogus - since I have explicitly pointed Windows (when I try to "update drivers") at the driver location of "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\USB Drivers" - but still nothing is found.
The RIM support article at http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB19717 - sounds promising - but when I try the "calfix.exe" program at the bottom it fails with a: "unknown device".
In searching google/support community - nothing really seems to "fit"...Thanks....
