9900 radio OFF, SIM card not registered

Hi. I've bought Blackberry 9900 few weeks ago on ebay and last week stop working.

There is no signal - Mobile network radio -off.

In Options -> Device ->  Advanced System Settings -> Sim Card -> there is just ID: (numbers)but there is no Phone Number - Unknown Number.

How can I check if it's reported as stolen?

Or maybe any other solve?

Thx

Bart

There doesn't have to be a number on that screen. You can press Menu > Edit Phone number and add yours.

Try a SIM card swap.

You can call your mobile provider with the IMEI and ask if it is blacklisted or reported as lost or stolen.

Re: 9900 radio OFF, SIM card not registered

These idiots do not acknowledge that the phone does not work at all, and explain that they have today the technical problems with the signal.

Will not help, maybe tomorrow with other support engineer.

Any other options to check this. Is there any internet service which can provide me these informations?

Thx
