how will i know my APN?

i have a problem with my device.. i cant play a video on youtube, "an error occurred attempting to play media"will always be displayed.. how i can i solve this probem??

First things first...have you solved your APN issue? If not, then that would likely be the root cause of this cascaded effect.

i cant contact the wireless service provider... any other options how to retrieve my APN?

Excuse me? You pay for your wireless services, and are not allowed to contact your provider for any support? That's insane...and if I were you, I'd be seeking a different provider since service without support, especially on a complex device like a BB, is just crazy!
