Hi, while rebooting my Bold9900 today, it gives a white screen with error "APP ERROR 200" and shows reset icon and that's it. Please advise how can this issue be fixed?
I tried to connect it to Dekstop Manager and put the password 10 times intentionally wrong to wipe, but after wipping still getting the same error.
Any clue? Thanks

Sorry to hear your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9900 smartphone is displaying an error.
You will need to reinstall your device software as shown in KB11320 How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device Software for Windows.
Were you able to backup your data before you did the wipe?
If you are unable to complete the software reload then I would advise you contact your mobile network carrier for further investigation into this matter.
