APPS WILl NOT UPGRADE!!

None of my apps will upgrade!! Keep getting error ID 35005 
no matter what app I try to upgrade. I have tried several times for several 
weeks and I keep getting the same error. Now my Splash Remote app has 
gotten deleted and I can't get it back! I paid $4.99 for that app and I 
want it back now!!!!! I am absolutely livid at this point and nowhere have 
I been able to get help nor assistance for this in any way what so ever. So 
now I am writing to you...whoever you are...hope you can either help me or 
find someone that can cause this is utter BS!!!!

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB32876 "Please try again or visit BlackBerry App World Support for more information. (Error ID: 35005)" displayed on PlayBook App World screen when attempting to install or upgrade application.
