AT&T Return Policy (Question)

Hello all,

I have a question about the return policy as I read on their website that if you purchased a unit from their store you have to return it back to them in the same way, but I have a complicated case as I will be sending someone to get the torch for me on his way in the USA, and he will be delivering it for me in Qatar(middle east) so if I got a defective unit can I ask AT&T for replacement over Fedex or DHL or Aramex?

Hiya!

 Chances are... No. it would have to be done from the POS. Even outside of the buyers remorse period, Warranty (usually) only ships in country.

 

One option if this is the case, Process the warranty after the 30 day period. Have it sent to your friends house, from there, have them FedEx it to you.

Actually my friend doesn't live there he is just traveling for a meeting for about a week and will get back, the only thing I have in the USA is 5 years Visa and Mail box(Rented from Aramex)

Hmm... no friends or anyone in the US that could help if needed?

 

The only reason I ask... I looked into it for you, and they do not ship to any international address or PO box.

It is hard when youyr country does not supply the device. I hope in the future RIM will release devices world wide at the same time so this will not be needed.

@Raelic thanks for asking, but imaybe you didn"t understand me, I have a post box iin the usa that I rent from a company called Arames whenever I get something in that post box I get it dillevered to my country, so I am asking if I can send the faulty device to AT&T through international post and they ship it when its fixed to my USA post box?
