Problem: No network connection
One of my 8310's has beeb acting up. After connecting to my Mac's BB Desktop manager, it showed OS upgrade avail. Did it, BB worked fine. Next day however it showed "SOS" and now no network connection.
So far I 've tried:
- check all settings, all seem ok, connection turned on, etc.
- Tested SIM card, Ok, tested in another 8310 works fine.
- Did both soft, hard resets, no luck, no network connection
- Checked netwrok settings, no network shows ups (again SIM ok in another device)
** I did notice 3 service books missing compare to my other BB 8310: BBIM Config, CMIME, OTASL
Best I can come up with is delete and re-install OS. Can you help as to how? (using my MAC ?) or is there another solution?

Try backing up your BlackBerry and following the steps in this article to clean reload the device software. http://bbry.lv/izhqIz When the software reload is finished, before you restore your backup file, try to register in the Host Routing Table to receive your service books. http://bbry.lv/pTiRCV Then test further network connectivity before restoring any information from your backup file.
