Absolutely Unrepairable!

I got a Blackberry Bold 9900 for my birthday and had it for less than 2 months before it wouldnt turn on and kept saying it was fully charged when it had no battery. It finally died and i complained to virgin and sent it to their repair centre it got there yesterday and today they told me it was 'irrepairable.' They have told me i will recieve a new phone but i have now lost all my contacts, photos, videos, apps, and music. Some that i'll never be able to get back!

Re: Absolutely Unrepairable!

For the future, start using BlackBerry Protect, also make back copies on your computer, that way you wont have to worry about data loss in the future............good luck.....
