I have a 8330 with OS 4.3. When I atempt to synchronize with MS Outlook 2007 address book and calendar I get the following message: "Access to the current record is denied. Validate your permission to access the record."
How do I do that?

Make sure that you run the Desktop software as an administrator of your system!

The link to the knowledge base article is no longer valid, but i fixed the issue by resetting the Synchronization settings. Once i did this i had to reconfigure the Synchronization to use Outlook, and wha la, it was fixed. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.
I have Desktop Manager 5.0. Click on Synchornize
Then on the left hand side under Configure click Synchronization
Click the middle button that appears labeled Reset configuration
Click YES to continue resetting the organizer data
It resets pretty quick, then still under the configure window for synchronization, click the Synchronization button on the top right. It opens the configuration wizard and allows you to choose Outlook or whatever email program you are using.
