Accessing internet banking problem

My internet banking website has 3 levels of security to access account information:  1. User id; 2. password;  3. second password which must be entered by clicking on the animated keyboard that appears on the screen. On my BB Bold, the keyboard does not fully load. Only the outline of the keyboard is visible. The salesman at ATT said I needed to download an application, but I do not know where to get one. Any ideas?

If i am not wrong your account bank is with HSBC, they have the application for United Kingdom, but not in other country, where are you located?

Yes, HSBC in US. Any remedy?

Thank you for your help. Where would a resolution to this be initiated? Should I nudge the bank? att? Blackberry?
