I recently updated device software on unlock 9630, which I was using with my current carrier. Right after this event the device stop working. An activation required message showed up on the screen and very time I place a call get the same announcement. How can I re-active my device?

Contact your service provider -- it is onto their network that your BB needs to be activated.
