Address book not responding

Please help, I need to enable Java sript so that I can fix an un caught exception on application, net rim bb phone app (73) is not responding and it is displaying a note says "process terminated each and every time I tried to add a new contact on my phone book. Thank you for your patience

I would suggest performing a backup of your BlackBerry® smartphone then reloading the software as shown in the article below:
