I've tried n' tried for weeks---hours on end (days and nights) and regretfully have not been able to resolve my BlackBerry issue.
My Blackberry Bold 9900 stopped working a few weeks ago after I tried to update to the newest device OS using Blackberry Desktop Software.
My posts, all related, have appeared on this Forum over the past 3 weeks.
Where are BlackBerry's service depots---so that I can send my smartphone to the pros to fix?
Is there one located in or close to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada?

Thank you for you efforts.
I prefer to follow BlackBerry approved trouble-shooting guidelines.
I've followed most, if not all, their KB solutions..
Time to have their technical folks work on the issue.
Just need to know where BlackBerry's official service depots are located..

My Blackberry Bold 9900 issue was resolved this morning.
It turns out that I did not have to call upon a hardware service depot for repair.

If need be, I would have likely brought it into Ottawa, Ontario, Canada's "Joe Mobile Tech" first because a local Rogers Wireless (wireless carrier/service provider) representative spoke well of them.
