Another user has found a solution to this problem and posted it in these forums...it is to clear the application cache:
1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3a. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and press "RST"
3b. For Storm -- Hold the num-lock ("!?123") button so it locks and then hit "34("
3a. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot
Hopefully it'll work for you!

Hi please help the app is hanging when downloading from app world. Did do the alt RST thing. But nothing. Securty wipe also, nothing.

With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

I did all of this but stil can not download Aerize Loader, it their maybe an alternitave app I can use to run and download apps to my SD card.
