So as the title says I am unable to login to my BB ID account after downloading the newly released Blackberry Messenger 7. After downloading it states I must log in. I have tried and nothing However using the same credentials I can log on using my laptop fine.
I have reset my password and still cannot login. I upgraded to BBM 7 as I really wanted to use the wifi calls!
BBID upgraded in the process. Afterwards my Blackberry restarted and the error message came when I accessed BBM 7 and tried to log in.
I feel I've tried everything! Can anyone out there help me please?

Please try this Knowledge Base regarding the error you recieving and follow the workarounds :
