I bought an app and the key generation failed. It told me to contact App World. Is that a joke? There is no freaking way in hell to contact App World. The vendor has been unresponsive (lygea.com). And then I read above a message from one of the BB posters to contact the vendor for registration key problems. I'm an App World customer. I have no relationship with the vendor and they don't respond anyway.
This begs the question: Why have App World if there is no value added? This may go down in history as the worst on-line store anyone has ever built. The April 1 launch date should have been a clue.

Someone has complained the same problem. I answered there. I post my answer here again. Hope it makes you guys feeling better.
There is a bug in RIM's retrieving licensing key procedure. Somebody bought EasyDialer. When App World tried to get license key for the purchase, some wrong parameters were passed to my website. So license key is not conveyed to App World client. Or wrong license key is conveyed to App World client.
I reported the error and got RIM's confirmation. RIM also promised to fix the bug shortly.
Before the bug is fixed, if you want license key, you'd better click the "Contact Support" button to send email to vendor support. The button is at the bottom of application description. I believe the vendor has a way to activate your app.
