Is there a way to set either the clock alarm or a calendar alarm to sound off in headphones? When I had my Android phone, I could set an alarm and it would go off only in whichever speaker mode was active. For example, if I did not have the headphones plugged into the phone, the alarm would go off using the phone speaker; if the headphones were plugged in, the alarm would go off in the headphones. I cannot get my Bold 9930 to go off in the headphones at all. I'd be fine if it even went off in the speaker and the headphones, but I can't figure out how to get any alarm to go off in the headphones.

Hello wasjacol and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.Hello and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
Thanks for your question on the BlackBerry® smartphone alarm and sounds.
By design, the BlackBerry will play the alarm through the device speaker. It is not possible play it through the earphones.
There is an option to add vibration to the Alarm as well as the tone should you be unable to hear the Alarm when you have your earphones connected and are listening to media.
In the Clock, go to Menu>Options and change the Vibration to either On or Custom.
Hope this answers your question.
