I have a brand new BlackBerry Bold, about 3 weeks old. All of the sudden, all of the buttons on the device stopped working (including side buttons and top mute button). The ball still scrolls around, but clicking it or pressing any other button does absolutely nothing.
I removed the battery several times, removed SIM tried all that sort of thing... no change.
Is this common? I assume something the warranty would cover? Any possible fixes that I can do, or should I just call Rogers?
