All my calendar events are gone in Outlook after initial sync.

Hi,

Blackberry: 8330

PC: XP Pro.

Blackberry Desktop Manager:  4.6.0.12(May 22, 2008)

I bought the Blackberry on Sept. 29th.  I did sync with Outlook 03.  My blackberry has all the events past and future but my outlook lost everything before Sept. 29th and all the future.

All the events that I add currently, get synced just fine.  I need all of the events back on my Outlook.  I tried doing one way from Blackberry to Outlook but failed.

help!!!

TIA,

Mike

No. I did find a posting recommending to reset the calendar db from backup/restore. I tried that but still problem exists.

Hi,

Yeah that's why I asked if you had a backup from before. See your device calendar entries are almost certainly

corrupt.

Here is what we can try:

Backup the BB. This crates an .IPD file.

Use this utility to convert the ipd into an import file to Outlook:

http://www.processtext.com/abcblackberry.html

I think it goes for $20. If we can get a successful import file to outlook, we can the fix your BB,

I suggest this be done soonest, in case something happens to the Blackberry.

Your thoughts?
