Already PAID but gain nothing

Hello,

 

I have just made a payment for MyOwnHotkeys app in BlackBerry AppWorld. I have received an SMS that I've just paid, but that app is not listed in my app list. I also see no invoice email notice me about it. Please check this problem for me.

If you haven't received an email receipt, it makes me wonder if your payment was processed, but you say you received an SMS that you'd paid

 

Who is the SMS message from?

 

In your AppWorld, go to the app in question and see if it is now able to download.

Does it appear in your BlackBerry World > MyWorld > ?

That SMS from Bank, and the amout is exactly match the app price. In additional, the payment memo is for BLACKBERRY.COM

I'll assume you've already done the other 2-3 things I'd suggest next.

 

You need to contact the developer (see the contact link in the app world link) or your payment partner to request a refund.

I forget an information that when I purchased in AppWorld, my purchase was rejected, but after half day, my visa account charged by BLACKBERRY.COM

 

So I donot have Invoice Number to do a Refund

You're probably stuck then. Just repurchase the app again if it is crucial to your needs.
