An internal server error has been detected. Please try your operation again. (EC )

Dear Sir,

I bought a new application, Quicklaunch, directly from the supplier Nikkisoft. When I try to sign it, into the BlackBerry App World , appears this missage "An internal server error has been detected. Please try your operation again. (EC )". It happens always with different computers and it happens with different browsers.

Could you please give me a solution for this problem?

Thanks in advance

Have you tried downloading directly from your device from AppWorld?

I have done it now, and appears and advertisement saying I have to wait. The "clock" is running but it doens't happen anything. I have been waiting during 15 minutes, and now I have cancelled it.

Do you have any idea about it?

Try it again.

Also, look at your main Options > BlackBerryID, and make sure your BBID is logged in there.
