I read in another forum that a user thought RIM was producing Mac software for sync'g with the BlackBerry. Has anyone heard this? The way I've seen this is they use PocketMac.
I've used PocketMac (haven't tried this with my Bold though) and although it works it is slow. So I am using Missing Sync V1.3 (their V2 product that was just released is pretty buggy). But, it would be nice if RIM produced something directly for the BlackBerry as any advanced functions, such as installing software, doing backups or even updating or reinstalling the OS requires that I boot into VMFusion for the Mac to do this. Its not a big deal and works fine its just it would be nice to have something directly from RIM. Although its great there are at least 3rd party solutions, they do have problems whereas RIM would know how to write for the BlackBerry.
