Any support???

I'm getting hacked off by BB (lack of) support :smileymad:. Is this forum the only entry to support? Do I only have a chance to get support if someone picks up my issue because he or she fancies this issue?? Is BB reluctant to spend money on a proper support service like a email entry with proper SLA's or a direct chat service???
