Anyone elsed having problems with desktop software V7.0 Bundle 2048?

Updated to 7.0 yesterday and now cant sync my torch or playbook.  Does anyone know a fix or where to find an older version so I can get back up and running?

i'm having problems too. sync freezes at "preparing sync preview" i've tried uninstalling and re-installing desktop a couple of times; no change.  is there any way of getting support without paying for it?

--From your PC > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, remove your current BlackBerry Desktop Software.
--Reboot your PC (Start > Turn off , etc)
--Upon startup, download this file: "610_b034_multilanguage"
from this link: http://www.blackberryforums.com/rim-software/253387-archived-rim-desktop-software.html#post1744114
--Install that file by double-clicking on it and following the prompts to complete the installation.

i have tried that- un-installed, downloaded V6.1from link. now it won't even recognize my phone. said driver could not be installed.  when plugging it back into desktop, it won't even recognize a connection. HELP!

See, I don't know what you've already done previously, you didn't say.

Besides, this thread was posted by another individual for his issue, your issue appears unrelated if you've already performed all this.

thanks jsanders! back up and syncing, however got V6 off of softpedia, it appeared as though I wouldve had to pay going through your link?  Thanks again!

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the newest  version a couple time yesterday to no avail. since this post was started with the same issues I had, I tried your suggestion of re-installing an older version, but also have no success.  after a clean removal, which version would you suggest trying to install? and how do I update the phone with proper driver?

try a thorough un-install and install V6.1 from softpedia.com.  just worked for me until they figure out what bugs are in the new version.
