I bought the headset thru an Amazon seller. It wouldn't dial numbers I told it to, dialing only a number in Canada, over and over. I sent a message to the seller who told me to "reset" the phone. But I've found no info on how to do that. I tried just holding down the button a long time. Then I deleted the device on my BB and paired it again, then held the buttom down again a good couple of seconds until it showed up as "initiating call" on my phone. It seemed to work, so I guess I just stumbled into resetting it.
