Please help me
my BB Bold 9790 stopped working displaying INITIALIZATION FAILED desktop message, not logging anymore in my carrier's network. I changed my SIM, still the same! Updated the software, still doing that!
Even if I insert the SIM or even I don't, I keep receiving this INITIALIZATION FAILED message and SOS sign. So my BB doesn't recognize or care about my SIM, it's just a software or hardware problem.
I tried everything written on the forums (taking the SIM pins upper, putting a piece of paper on the top of the SIM card for a better contact, resets, etc.)...NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK.
Anyone has a really good idea about what's going on?!
