App Error 104

I need help badly....... I have a BB Torch 9800 & I keep getting this error a white screen that says "App Error 104 Continue" I click continue but it keeps doing the same thing.  I've rebooted it, searched online for help & can't seem to find anything.  If anyone knows how to fix this please let me no.  If I've left anything out that may help in solving this, pls let me no as well.
