App Error 104

Help ...... As it solves this problem?

I have a 9320 appears on dislpay periodically "App Error 104", I don't understand what is due.

You can reset/restore factory as your smartphone?

I also had the same problem.
I don't reinstall my os, or do a hard reset. I just connect my phone to desktop manager, click the question mark, then go to support tool and enabling debug mode logging.
Then the problem just disappear. But now my phone logging in debug mode.
I am curious, what is it? Is it safe to be in debug mode logging?

I do not know what it means or what it is. I restored my phone, loading a new firmware update and I had no more problems.
I also tried to send several messages with the assistance Tweeter BlackBerry, but I have never responded.
