App Error 523 Reset

Hello, good morning. I tried to install an application on my BB Curve 8520, and since then the message APP ERROR 523. I've tried rebooting in Safe Mode, but when I try to backup the device lock, and you can not run the backup. When I turn on the machine the following message Uncaught exception: index 3> = 3

First try this Knowledge Base to recover your device from this JVM error :

 

KB10144  : How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader

 

Do let us know if you had a problem , there are few other methods to recover but please note while recovering your device from this error you will loose device data , if you have a backup or using BB Protect you can restore it from there.
