I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what you're talking about. The only application I have downloaded is BlackBerry Desktop Software, and it doesn't recognize my BB due to the error. So I can't really do anything with it.
I do not have AppLoader on my computer. I can't remove or repair anything right now. It just says "Connect your BlackBerry Device" the whole time.

choose your carrier and download your device OS. then install it on your computer and after it installs it prompts you and show you ApplLoader file. connect your device and do an upgrade of your device software.. When you reach the section written next and as well advanced select advanced and select options to backup your applications and data, then click continue.
Run the update and check if the erro still pops up once the device is on again.
